Grace

The hotel was well lit from the outside and very welcoming. It is located on a side street where there are mostly flower 'shops' and had far less traffic than on adjacent streets, so it was a bit quieter even if your room had a window facing that street. We requested a quiet room and were given one with no window to the outside, ensuring a good night's sleep. Mia (who always greeted us by name) and the entire staff were always very friendly and helpful. The room, although small, was very clean and provided everything we needed, except that it was lacking storage space. Aircon was good. Nice to have the shower (hot water with good pressure) enclosed so as not to wet the entire bathroom. Buffet breakfast on the 10th floor, overlooking the lake, was very nice and also included a chef who would prepare additional items, on request, from a short selection.
